Open the dialer
On any phone, open the keypad you use to call.

Dial *#06#
No need to press call — the result appears instantly.
- 3
Look for "EID"
If you see an EID (32 digits), your phone supports eSIM.

Compatibility questions.
How do I check if my exact phone supports eSIM?
Open your phone's dialer and key in *#06#. If the result includes an "EID" (32 digits), your phone has an eSIM chip. The next step is making sure the phone is carrier-unlocked.
My phone is on the list. Why won't it install?
Almost always: the phone is carrier-locked to your home provider. They will unlock it for free when your contract is paid off — usually a 5-minute call or web form.
Does my plan work in countries where my phone wasn't bought?
Yes. esimple is a data eSIM, not a region lock. As long as your phone is carrier-unlocked, the plan works the same in any of our 200+ destinations.
What if my phone isn't on the list?
It might still support eSIM — the list above is the most common but isn't exhaustive. Run the *#06# check, and if you see an EID, try installing. If anything goes wrong we'll refund in full.
Still not sure? Email support@esimple.ai with your phone model and we’ll confirm — or you can buy risk-free since we refund in full if it does not install.
Your phone checks out?
Pick a destination and we'll have your eSIM ready in under two minutes.
